Just a short review of our 4 day adventure.

Embarkation--Dropped off bag at 11:58, parked on level 2, walked inside the terminal after they looked at boarding pass and negative test result, at check-in she looked at boarding pass, vaccination card, negative test result and passport and took our picture. The only thing that slowed us down was the fact that the bar code would not scan on our printed boarding pass so it had to be typed in. Stopped and had the embarkation photo and then up the ramp and onto the ship. We were inside by 12:22

We opened the door to our cabin hallway and there was a Carnival crew member coming out and said the rooms would not be ready until 1:30, we just said we were Platinum and he said OK, no problem, you are welcome to drop off your bags. Our cards were already outside the door so we grabbed them and headed to Lido.

We went to Muster Station C (Romeo and Juliet) and that was completed in about 5 minutes.

Grabbed a drink and a Guy's Burger and watched as we set sail.

Entertainment--There was 2 comedians, one had to go in quarantine for a day, so all shows on each day were the same comedian. We went to one each of the PG shows, both were very funny. We did not go to the night time shows in the main lounge. We did go to Deal or No Deal. Purchased 2 cards for $40. The first game, we won $30 in Casino Free Play by having 3 matches. I actually had my game card number called to go up on stage for the second game. I chose case number 7. I will tell you the outcome of my game at the end of this review.

Food--We ate at all the venues and had no complaints about any of them. Sure there may not have been as many choices at the buffet as usual but we found plenty  at the buffet. We had YTD and went 2 nights to the MDR. No complaints in there. The prime rib and creme brulee were fantastic. Guy's Burger was very good, fresh burgers and the fries were as we remembered. Blue Iguana did not disappoint. Pizza was better than I remember from our last couple of cruises before Covid. The Deli sandwiches were very good. There was always plenty of dessert choices. I like the cookies very much. The most people any lione we were in was 3 I think.

Ports--Nassau (Friday), we have been several times so we stayed on the ship and lounged on Lido. The weather was nice except for one brief shower. People we talked to enjoyed the day. Princess Cays (Saturday) was cancelled due to high winds. We were there and ready to go but the captain said it was just to windy for the tenders. I was watching the cabin TVs and I think the wind was about 25 to 30 mph. Saturday was a pretty windy and chilly day.The captain came over the speakers later Saturday and said that we would be going to Freeport Sunday. We got off and went to Taino Beach. Water was cool but the weather was nice.

Debarkation--We used Platinum self debarkation. We had 1 large suitcase and 1 carry on. We meet in the Makado Lounge at 7:45, Walked out of the lounge, down the lobby stairs, scanned our card, thru facial ID, out the front door and in the car at 8:17.

We just wanted to get a cruise in after almost 3 years. We got a good deal and did not pass it up. With the $25 each Casino Free Play that they just gave to us in cash (we are not gamblers) and the $30 Casino Free Play won On Deal or No Deal, that gave us $80 towards pics and a few drinks.

We love Fantasy Class and hope they all do not disappear like the dinosaur.

Oh yeah, almost forgot. I got down to 5 cases left to open and the highest amount left unopened was $250. The Banker offered $98, I had in my head that I would take the deal if it was $100. $98 was close enough so I took the deal. We finished the game after that and guess what was in my case. Yep, I had $250 in my case so I should have finished the game. Oh well, they did go ahead and give me $125 instead of the $98. So all together, $205 in free cash from Carnival.
