I have, as far as I can see completed all check in area's, I have a tick on every 8 points for both parties, watched the video on both parties, it says for both check in completed but on summary it says only 83% completed. Cannot download docs, anyone able to offer a solution. I do note that although the contact details has a green tick when I click on checkin progress percentage which lists the areas it does not have a tick against contact, but its all completed?
