Carnival's New Chef

Has anyone sailed with Carnival since their new Chef, Georges Blanc, has started to create their menus? I've heard various things about their food, but want to believe that with a chef overseeing their food preparation, it is bound to be delightful. We've sailed on Celebrity, which has a French chef overseeing their menus, and it was delicious. I feel positive, that Carnival's new cuisine will be the same. Anyone care to respond???

Carnival always has a chef overseeing every meal...

 

We were on the Liberty and had the GB signature selections, we did not find them any different than the traditional offerings.
