Which Caribbean Ports Require Ship Sponsored Shorexes

We will be on Explorer out of San Juan b2b on 3/20, with an eastern and southern itinerary. Our ports include St Thomas, St Croix, St Maarten, St Lucia, Barbados, St Kitts, Curaçao and Aruba. Do any of these ports still mandate ship-only excursions? We’ve been to all these multiple times and prefer to make our own arrangements. TIA!
