What days are drink vouchers loaded onto your seapass card? Is it just full complete days? Are any loaded on embarkation day?

they are loaded every day usually after midnight and yes they are there on embarkation day.  
 

Just remember they do NOT carry over onto the next day, it’s “use it or lose it” daily…

Should be day 1 until the last full day.  Some have reported you can get a drink the morning you get off the boat too.  But don’t count on that as it could just be a bartender taking care of a customer they liked (they tipped well).
