JonnyGUofD Posted February 15, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 15, 2022 Just celebrated Valentine's dinner by serving my version of Lobster Murano - which I recreated by memory and watching youtube videos a few years ago. It was still great. Although my recipe has a shrimp version, I used lobster tails and that approach is sooo much better. Enjoy. My recipe from Celebrity calls for heavy cream (I used half and half) not sour cream and shiitake mushrooms. I usually get the crab appetizer, then the Lobster. No bread, no veggies, save the garnish. Never once has any of the waiters ever blinked an eye when I order.
