Just celebrated Valentine's dinner by serving my version of Lobster Murano - which I recreated by memory and watching youtube videos a few years ago.  It was still great.  Although my recipe has a shrimp version, I used lobster tails and that approach is sooo much better.  Enjoy.  Here's the link to the recipe posted on Cruisecritic a few years ago ;

No resistance from the staff in having 3?

NOPE. I usually get the crab appetizer, then the Lobster. No bread, no veggies, save the garnish.   Never once has any of the waiters ever blinked an eye when I order.
