Aosborn Posted February 15, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 15, 2022 I'm thinking of booking a 4-day cruise and wanted advice on purchasing insurance. Is it best to purchase the Carnival insurance or buy it through someone else? I would welcome your advice.

klfrodo Posted February 16, 2022 #4 Share Posted February 16, 2022 What is your possible loss are you trying to insure against? Myself? A 4 day cruise? I would self insure. It might hurt a little to lose $500, but it won’t financially ruin me. I would even have to consider risking medical and evac on a 4 day cruise. The good thing about Carnival insurance is that the price includes Cancel For Any Reason. The bad thing is medical is secondary, excludes pre-exsisting conditions, and is limited to $25K When I do buy travel insurance I use a 3rd party broker at TripInsuranceStore.com
