New Amex Offer?

I would think you would get both the Cruise Privilege Program and the card "offer".   Those have nothing to do with the OBC given by Celebrity.    I've been told that the Cruise Privilege Program is available from some TA's as well, doesn't necessarily have to be an Amex branded travel agency.   It may pay to check with your TA.

I also successfully used this previously to buy myself a gifts order.m including OBC. Got the credits. Sailing next week.
