Adventurer of the Seas amplified yet?

Just booked a Bermuda cruise in June and was wondering whether this ship has been amplified yet?  Recent drydocks?

Sort of... maybe?

 

Adventure was the start of the concept but received updates over time because her original upgrade dry dock was impacted by a hurricane.  As a result they did a series of shorter shipyard visits that installed new features.  Based on the eventual success of things like new waters slide, updated mini golf area, new Izumi, new cabins, a suite lounge, etc they created the official amplification program that led to other ships becoming amplified.  In other words she started it.

 

She was scheduled to go in for a few more updates and her "official amplification" but that cancelled during the shutdown.

 

So while she is mostly amplified it wasn't official or complete yet in travel agent guides sent to travel agents they are calling her amplified.  So 🤷‍♂️

well I will be on her twice this summer from NJ and hope to see for myself.

Interesting that this ship started the trend.

Boarded her this morning.  Looks newer in the cabins compared to amplified Mariner and Voyager that didn’t get cabin refreshes like Adventure did.

Was on Adventure in 2018  to Canada New England and it look pretty good had the new water slides at least they appeared new. Will be on again in June to Bermuda one of our favorite places. Want to do the Canada New England again maybe next Year.
