Getting to Haven from Forward Facing Penthouse on lower floors?

What is access like to get to the Haven area from

Walk back towards the elevators (the lower the deck, the longer the walk).

Of the 8 elevators, only 4 go all the way to the Haven entrance deck (17). You can take the ones that don't to deck 15 then cross over or take the ones that go high enough. This is from memory and it has been a while so my count might be a bit off.

About 1/3 of the Haven rooms are outside the Haven complex. Walk to the elevators and go up to the Haven floor. Even in the Haven you have to walk to Haven facilities. Outside, the walk is just a little farther.
