Diamond Complimentary Specialty Dining What Restaurant?

I can't seem to remember and even worse, can't find which restaurants you can choose from when going for your Diamond Complimentary Specialty Dining Experience.  I do remember we went to Butchers Cut in the past and Eataly but not sure if anything else in included.  We will be on the Seashore.

Eataly is gone on all ships as far as I know. And every speciality restaurant has a "Diamond" "experience", at least I would not know one that has not.

Yes I knew Eataly was gone but did not know which other restaurants other than Butchers Cut you can use your Diamond Voucher on. For example, can you use it in Teppanyaki.

We used our Diamond benefit for lunch at the Sushi restaurant.  We also used it at Ocean Cay and Butcher’s Cut.  It is not available at the ‘contracted’ restaurant Hola. I do not believe it is routinely available at Teppanyaki for dinner either.  We paid for dinner there. You can certainly ask Pepe, the Specialty Restaurant Manager.  He is his usual very approachable self and always around the restaurants.
