Adding TBA Guest Name - How long

How long do we have to add a TBA guest name do the booking? Is there a deadline? We sail May 5. 
 

One person of the two cabins are in limbo about going. We booked it, but wanted to wait to add a different name if this person decides to not go. 
 

We did add one name when booking but that was it. The other is still TBA. We booked this past Saturday if that makes a difference.

It will definitely have to be entered when you do online check-in (which opens about two weeks prior to boarding)

Just by check-in, so 14 days out. If the TBA person backs out, unless it's already a two person cabin, you'll still be on the hook for their fare. Just FYI.

Their fare was $25, so not a big deal.

I've let mine ride for several months. I actually justed entered wife and son yesterday in the hope that we might get a visit from the upsell fairy. Wife hasn't been approved for vacation time yet.Check-in is 3/12 for 3/26 cruise.
