jstewartgt Posted February 25, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 25, 2022 How close to the cruise can you prepurchase things like internet, soda packages, etc? If you cancel for something like Covid do you get FCC or refund? I'm thinking I want to wait until after the tests come back negative before pre-purchasing all of the things we would like on the Cruise
Middleager Posted February 25, 2022 #2 Share Posted February 25, 2022 You can ask to remove/refund the pre-purchases (gratuity, thermal pass, excursions, etc.) first, before cancelling. But if you wait for negative Covid test before pre-purchasing anything, it may be too late (excursions sold out, thermal passes sold out, etc.; or just no longer allowed until you get on the ship)

We are not planning any excursions through the cruise line, but if I can get a refund then I'll just go ahead and purchase it.
