List of islands where you can't leave ship without official excursion?

I remember reading a while back that certain destination would not allow passengers on the island without a RCCL sponsored excursion. Is that still in effect? Is there a list somewhere? Specifically I like to know about Nassau and San Juan. In both places I would like to do my own tours. My cruise is middle of April.

Understood. I know there is risk. Just curious if Nassau and San Juan are "open" or not today. I would expect things to only improve for the next 45 days.

I've been to Nassau twice in the last 2 weeks and being vaccinated I just got off the ship and toured on my own.  No special check on-land.  Took my vaccination card in case I went into a business that asked.  Never needed it.
