De Palm Island helmet dive excursion?

anyone done this and hows the beach at the island for swimming and tanning? and is there beer on that island , we booked it for 99.00 per person for the helmet, snorkling and food. any info will help

My inlaws booked this excursion and loved it. We just got back. I don't know if alcohol was served, because they are not big drinkers. They were really impressed by the snorkeling, helmet dive and lunch, however. They had shaded areas if it gets too hot. Watch out for the sun, it's windy, so you might not know that you're getting burnt:eek: . Also, they got too close to the coral and got cut and burnt by it! They enjoyed this all day and then went to the lighthouse for dinner. Also good!
