Are we able to use a cell phone for the video supervised portion of the at home testing kits? 

How do we receive the results?

Not home test kits. But certain monitored test kits. Yes you can use a cell phone, you create an online profile and the results are emailed to your designated email address.

Yes, but make sure you have something to prop it up on because you will need both hands to unseal the package in front of them as well as opening the components of the test.  Then you have to leave the test, untouched, on the table with the camera on it for 15 minutes until the results are ready.
