Hampton Inn Brickell vs Intercontinental Miami

Hello, we are staying for 2 nights pre-cruise in Miami. We have heard great things about both Hampton Inn Brickell and Intercontinental. Any suggestions regarding which one is better!

The Hampton Inn Brickell is one of the best Hampton Inn's I have ever stayed at. We stayed back in January. Was our second time at the property. The hotel is very clean and all the staff are extremely friendly. The hotel has a small but nice bar and a great breakfast. I definitely recommend the Hampton Inn.

I believe the answer varies according to individual preferences. Both locations have positives. We prefer the Intercontinental and enjoy a bay view room so we can look out at the ship in the AM.

I've stayed at both and prefer the Hampton Inn.  It is not like any Hampton Inn you have ever seen.  There are a lot of restaurants, shops and a grocery store within walking distance.  It has more of a neighborhood feel.  Intercontinental is nice with Bayside next door.

Obviously a personal choice/preference. If they are about the same price I don't think there is any question the InterContinental is nicer, has great views and location. It would be my choice.

Free breakfast at the Hampton so factor in if that saves $ for your family.
