Zipliner & ATV Adventure in Icy Strait

Royal Caribbean just canceled our excursion for the July 29th sailing on Radiance of the Seas, citing "operational issues ".  But my cruise planner still shows the excursion is available to book, as well as othewhat r Zipliner excursions.  This happen to anyone else? Not sure what to do...

They just canceled my Wilderness hike bear excursion in ISP on July 4th. and my brothers whale watch trip. Neither are still showing as offered.   We switched to a non Cruiseline whale watch so they lost out on our money altogether now.  I was wondering  if it was due lack of people to fill the jobs?

I emailed the zip line people, and they said you have to book it through the cruise ship.  Our cruise (Carnival Miracle) shows no excursions for this port.  I don't know what to do here.

Be patient....they may still be working on it...keep checking.

Thank you!  Carnival just posted excursions for our July cruise!!  However, we decided on a fishing trip instead.
