Northbound Only Cruise from Canada to Alaska Covid Test

It looks like Canada will require cruisers to be tested to get on a cruise ship and to disembark a cruise ship in Canada.

Does anybody know about Cruising one way Northbound from Vancouver to Whittier on HAL? I'm assuming you would not have to take a second COVID test to disembark in Alaska (or to even fly back home) since it's all within the US? That may be a false assumption on my part, I'm not sure.

Also, I noticed that the HAL Northbound cruises say they arrive in Whittier at 1:00 AM? Is the the disembark time also?

Is there an easy way to get to Anchorage from there?

Thanks for any help!

HAL is administering any tests that the destination country requires. I am pretty sure tests are only required when a person flies into the US .

No, they don't make you get off the ship at 1 am.  Check your itinerary on the HAL website and it should state debarkation times which usually begin at 7 am.

The ships usually offer a transfer service by bus to Anchorage but there are other independent options
