NCL iConcierge App

I cannot find the NCL iConcierge App in the Apple Store.  We are boarding Encore next Sunday and have used the phone/text app very successfully on previous NCL cruises and want to do so again.  Does anyone have any insight as to why I can't find it to download?

I don't know what iConcierge App is, but the app we used and shows on the website is just called Cruise Norwegian - NCL.

iConcierge is a very very old app that NCL is no longer using. the new app is called just Cruise Norwegian

I was wondering about the same thing, actually.  I know there is a new app, but does it allow you to text others on board?  Is there a cost?
