Manhattan Cruise Pier to LGA, How Much Time To Allow? 12:30 pm too early?

Ship arrives at 7 am for disembarking.  Not sure what time we'd actually get off, but how much time to allow for a LGA airport departure?  Would a 12:30 pm departure be too early?  Thanks.

Youi should have no trouble making a 12:30 flight from LGA. To be on the safe side disembark at about 9 am. That will give you time to get a taxi or Uber and arrive at LGA well in advance of your flight.
