Rivera vista suites

We are in a vista suite and we are only able to use the deck chairs or table when we are docked in a port. We have one port we stop at , so have 9 sea days. Very unhappy with Oceania. Would think twice before booking a vista suite.

Wind   30 mph to 50  is the norm....    Important to do research and read the many many reviews of these wind tunnels.

why only in port?
