Rivera vista suites

We are in a vista suite and we are only able to use the deck chairs or table when we are docked in a port. We have one port we stop at , so have 9 sea days. Very unhappy with Oceania. Would think twice before booking a vista suite.

Wind   30 mph to 50  is the norm....    Important to do research and read the many many reviews of these wind tunnels.

Finally realized since we really like sitting on our deck and look out at the sea/ocean. No more vista suites for us.

why only in port?

I would guess because of the wind
