  1. I am new to Seabourn. I am reading on their website why sail with Seabourn. One area I am interested in: Complimentary premium spirits and fine wines available on board at all times . Could someone post an example of a red fine wine provided? I will be sailing on the Ovation soon.
  2. I did. Taking a little longer than I anticipated. I am surprised this has not happened to others also.
  3. I recently booked a cruise while onboard the Vista and then transferred to my travel agent. I received an invoice that is in a little different from previous bookings. The old invoices would show you early booking info, and bonus discount info and air credit. You could subtract the discount and air from the booking info and pretty much that is what you would pay per person for the cruise. The new invoices shows the discount amount, air credit, and additional savings amount. The additional savings amount is what throws me off. This example is $569, no idea where that came from. Anyway the price per person is off by $30 when you look online for the cruise booked. I booked two cruises and they both were off by $30. To top off the problems, I requested the Back to Back discount after I completed the second booking and was told the discount had already been added. I had the first invoice in hand before even booking the second cruise. At a loss. No further replies from Oceania.
  4. They did charge me for the A2 category. On website it shows that cabin as a B3 if you try and book it online on the Oceania website you have to select an A2. I filled out the future cruise booking and put down B3 and 7131 cabin. Handed to future cruise ambassador onboard the vista. Was not aware it was really changed to an A2. work in progress for resolution
  5. Booked aft deck 7 B3 cabin for cruise 2025. Invoice shows correct cabin number I chose, but it was an A2 concierge cabin, only $1,000 more. They changed it but did not tell anyone. I would not have booked this having known this.
  6. Booked a 100 minute massage. Showed up and first question is do I have a voucher? I had mine and my wife’s. I have done this in the past many times. She said can not use both. I said I have done this in the past. No, you can’t. I replied I will not get a massage then. She went to talk to supervisor. Came back, no can’t use both. So I walked out. Supervisor said I will be charged 50% of massage for cancellation. Very disappointed. Walked out

    My last three massages on Oceania were terrible. Used only their forearms and elbows. Refused to touch the glutes. Forget the hamstrings. And yes the price was over $300
  8. I talked to Oceania guest services, she was going to her supervisor, always came back with a have to use this FCC this year. The cancellation letter did not state any requirements on the FCC that would be given. she would also state 125% reinbursement was involved , which is totally false . I think upper management is doing the wrong thing and guest services person has no say, and I do not have any say in it either. I am totally screwed. What they said they were going to do yesterday has not happened yet either. Not sure what I believe anymore. Oceania did not respond to my TA for three weeks on my original concern. I guess they can not decide how they are going get around this. I have not trust anymore in Oceania

  10. Contacted Oceania, Basically the issue is Oceania is telling me I have to use the fcc this year, or lose it. No mention of this when the cruise was cancelled on January 4th ,2022. I had just made final payment on two cruises for March. I have booked two Cunard, two Viking cruises for this year. I do have one more Oceania cruise booked this year, but is only 7 days. I also have a 12 day trip planned to Oregon. We do not have the time available to book another cruise. My Oceania 7 day is less than the $8800 I need to use this year. I do have 10 Oceania cruises booked in 23 and 24.
  11. that is correct, Oceania has not replied in a timely manner, as far as I am concerned anyway. It has been 3 weeks
  12. Booking a new cruise now is a challenge. I have 11 Oceania new cruises booked already. I have had several Oceania Cruises cancelled by Oceania. The last time I contacted Oceania regarding a current issue, they always tell me to talk to my TA. Currently Oceania is not responding in a timely manner.
  13. I was trying to use my FCC after our January 2022 South America cancellation and my travel agent said they had to talk to their supervisor about reinstating our FCC. That was weeks ago. No response from Oceania after multiple attempts.
  14. We have used this clinic many times. Creu blanca in Barcelona address C. Pelayo 40, 08001 It cost 40 Euros, results for antigen test within 20 minutes. google the address. Easy to find. Right near Playa Catalunya, near Hotel Leo. website Pelai.creu-blanca.es March 28th cruise Lisbon to Barcelona. Long story, but I tested negative on the ship(Sunday). Disembarked the next day. Tested Positive on Wednesday , I was flying out the next day. Sent my wife on home, she tested positive the day after she got home. I finally made it home April 14th.
