Premium Extra worth the upgrade on the Seashore?

I went on the Mere last year with the old packages. I know that Easy Plus comes with $9 drinks, but where are the cocktails above it? Wine is a not a deal breaker for me, but I am just curious where you can find the premium cocktails on the ship.

Most of the bars have drinks above $9, or at least the premium alcohol.  For example, this list is available in the Cocktail lounge outside the Specialty dining areas, but you can also get them at the Casino Bar and Le Cabaret Rouge among others.
