Shareholder OBC Approval

My shareholder OBC request was approved in 5 days, I was surprised it went through that fast.

 

I was just wondering if that was typical?

Yes, thankfully things seem to be getting back to normal.  I sent a request on March 14th and had an approval by March 20th.

Mine was approved in 5 days for our July cruise.

Are they starting to give the credit on discounted cruises?  We booked on the 72 hour sale and got really good rates (at least to me).

I booked with the sale as well ( extremely discounted ) I just received confirmation of my shareholder credit being applied to that cruise. took about 6 business days.

 

After being denied for a Mardi Gras cruise last year, I am happy they have begun giving the credits out again, even for a discounted cruise.

I sent off my statement Friday and just received an email that it was accepted.  Checked online, and the $100 credit is showing for our 7 night cruise next month.
