I downloaded the Navigator app and ...

... it only has one of my cruises.  We are doing B2B Norway and Baltic.  Am I missing an option somewhere?

Try clicking on "Account", then "Statement", and then "Bookings". It should be shown there.

Ah, thanks, I see it now.

 

However when I tap on it, nothing happens.  Should it be showing me info about the cruise?

 

Also - for the first cruise - it shows 2 dining credits available.  I already made the two reservations.

Anyone else have an answer? ... why the itinerary for the 2nd cruise doesn't show in the app?

We had issues with the app also.  It came up with a blank screen on 3 phones and 2 tablets.  We got it to work by deleting the cache and memoryfor the app.  As far as our booked cruises, all 3 are listed when we login and choose select a booking.  When it says enter a booking, click on the arrow in the 'enter a  booking number' box and it lists each of them to choose.

Find the app on your phone - do not open

Hold finger on it until an "App Info" pop up appears

Tap pop up

Tap Storage option

Tap clear cache

Close app and reopen and you should be good to go

 

The above works for an android Motorola phone but I expect its pretty much the same for others

Thanks for the instructions.  Did that (twice) ... even rebooted the phone (Samsung).  Still can only see the itinerary for the first cruise.

When I view bookings from the my account page, I see tiles with my upcoming cruises listed but it does not show the itinerary. I only see that for the closest cruise from the home or plan tabs.
