Toronto Connection Time?

We are booked for a May cruise out of Rome. Flight leaves Pittsburgh with arrival in Toronto. One and a half hour layover to 2nd leg Toronto to Rome. The flight layover is on a Wednesday from 5:10p to 6:40p (in case day and time matters). I attempted to read info on Toronto airport site and it seems to indicate that 90 minutes should be okay. Is this a reality? We are both 67 and in good shape for walking (prefer it not be a brisk walk).

Yes that is sufficient time.

When you arrive in Toronto there are signs that direct your to international connections or arrivals.  Follow the ones for international connections.   They will do a quick scan of your passport and boarding pass and then let your go directly into the international departures (E gates) concourse.    No extra security check or baggage claim.

This assumes your in Terminal 1 (that includes Air Canada, United and the other star alliance airlines).

If your in Terminal 3 (WestJet, with Delta) it a bit more complex.
