MSC Embarkation times

I booked a Bella GTY Balcony on Divina May 9th, no room yet but embarkation time is 10:30am.  Does anyone know how check-in time is assigned?  Perhaps more time to upsell me to a better cabin?  I might be for that.

There seems to be no rhyme or reason to how check in times (or rooms) are assigned. On my January cruise I was assigned 12:30, then got a text moving it to 3:00-3:30, but the paperwork never changed. My shuttle arrived around 11:30 and no one ever looked at my boarding time.

Also, I booked a Bela room on the Divina for October 2 weeks ago and already received my room assignment. I’m hoping for an upgrade offer, but am ok with the room they assigned.

How do you know your assigned time? We booked a guarantee room yesterday and this will be our first time sailing on MSC so really not familiar with the process.

It should show up on your booking information and / or boarding documents once assigned. I believe you can check under Web Check In as well. Don’t get too frustrated, The pre-cruise process is the worst part.

The website isn't currently letting me access it, but I called and they said my check in time was 9:30. Does that seem right? It seems early, but I'm not complaining.

I would choose the earliest that you could be there. It’s likely they won’t even look at it.
