Dining Reservations

Is it possible to choose a dining time before departure?  How do we make sure to get the early seating?

We've requested a dining time when making the reservation.  It shows up on the booking confirmation.  If you didn't do that when making your reservation I'd have your TA do it or if booked directly call AQ customer service.  Early seating fills up fast.
