CruisinMK Posted March 1, 2006 #26 Share Posted March 1, 2006 I think NCL is good because of the flexibile dining and no mandatory formal wear. When people get this kind of invitation they are wondering what hidden expectations are there? Not just work, but social... For someone not familiar with cruising at all, the unknown social expectations on them could be worrying. Well define at the outset exactly when work times are, and assure that no work will be expected or even tolerated outside this time. If you think about it, having dinners together every night could be stressful for some of the team, or their spouses. Instead only have 2 or 3 group dinners. If you really want more group meals then add a lunch or two for sea days. Maybe I am off on this thinking?
