If indeed Oceania is not monitoring message boards and social media, they are incompetent and not serving the interest of their shareholders.  If they are using social media "influencers" to do this by jumping on every criticism, they are being sneaky and underhanded in the way they choose to interact.  

 

Neither option speaks well about their corporate culture.
