Juneau and Victoria

Are there car services or taxis waiting at these ports? I waited too long and now my wheelchair-accessible excursions are not available. I need a car (not a bus with steps) that will hold 4 people and my folding wheelchair to go to Mendenhall Glacier in Juneau and Butchardt Gardens in Victoria. Will we be able to get there?

There are taxis waiting in Victoria - there is a taxi stand where you will see people line up as you come out of the dock area.

 

In Juneau, it's a bit different as there are a number of docks and you may or may not find a taxi waiting there. If you do see one, chances are it was called for or arranged by a fellow cruiser. If you want to be sure to have convenient service I would suggest calling for a taxi as soon as you are ready to leave the ship. You can find information in the link below:
