Whole Island Tour (Excursion)

Sailing / visiting Bermuda for first time next month.  Tempted to book an excursion that does the "whole island."  An offer was sent to me by my TA's sister company but unsure if there were other recommendations?  This tour is 4.5 hours long and I'd like to do something like this first thing and then spend the rest of our time doing what we want (partially based on what we've seen).  Any suggestions?

You can do a Blue Flag taxi tour for $50 an hour for 1-4 passengers or $70 an hour for 5-7 passengers. (Blue Flag means they have taken a training course)
