When you sign into your profile on Canival.com, how can you see the cruise fare type that you booked under?  And, is there a way to change from assigned dining to anytime dining and/or vise versa?

Yes, you should be able to click on Edit to select bedding setup (twins/king) and dining (Early/Late/ATD-YTD).

They don't mention the fare type, just the amount paid or owed, and now it also shows the OBC for the cruise. You can change the bed type, but I always find twin when I want king, just a quick mention to the steward and that is taken care of. As to dining you can edit, but most of the time one or more choices is fully booked. I have found that asking politely once onboard they can often get what you need.
