Upgrade from Bubbles to Cheers

I assume if I purchase Bubbles and later decide to change to Cheers, I would be credited the Bubbles charge and not pay for both.

 

It would make sense but I searched and unable to find an answer.

I have seen posts where people onboard have upgraded to Cheers and had the cost of the Bubbles program credited to the purchase.  However if you do it prior to the cruise I believe you would need to cancel the Bubbles order online and then Order Cheers as i dont think it will do it automatically.
