Cruise ship casino

Hi all!

 

I'm hoping one of you can answer this. If we're cruising up the St. Lawrence Seaway from Montreal to Quebec to PEI and beyond, are we far enough from land for the casino to be open?

What I meant to ask is if the ships casino ever opens on the Eastern Canada/New England cruises.

 

Anybody know?

I sailed on the Norwegian Sea a few years ago to Canada/New England, but it didn't include the St. Lawrence Seaway. Our ports included Halifax and Bar Harbour. The casino was definitely opened half an hour or so after leaving each port.
