If there was a hump, it wasn't an egregious one. I found it very comfy, my hubby did not.

Only in an Owners Suite, Deluxe Owners Suite, or Garden Villa.

I'm on that sailing with you. I received a letter in the mail with my luggage tags a few weeks back around April 19th or so. It just had the pre-cruise concierge contact info if YOU needed to contact THEM. But I had just upgraded from an MA to the SD the week prior, so not sure if that was what prompted the letter to be mailed to us.
