Recently gotten civil service discount?

I sent email 3 weeks ago asking to have my civil service discount applied to my booking

in October….included my copy of retirement letter

  
still no reply… any ideas how long it takes??  In the past, they just applied it when I booked…

 

Any suggestions appreciated….thanks

Was looking on their website and dont see it mentioned 

anymore.   Does anyone know if it is still offered?

When I booked she told us to submit for government employees, teachers etc and see if they would approve it. It goes through a separate process and automatically applies to your booking. This is the only place I’ve seen it online and I’m not sure this is a legit MSC site.

Holland has their own program.  You get a $100.00 OBC one per year.  My wife got hers last month on our Norway cruise.  I will try to get mine on this cruise.

We have cruised MSC 3 times in YC and got the OBC.
