80's style tour bus with AC vents that blow HARD air straight from the arctic. Elite. And if you squint when you look at that pattern, it's like you're in space.

Driving through the less touristy side of Willemstad. Big bus on tight roads.

When in doubt, the Rong Fat Bar is where the party's at.

Hey buddy.

First stop was on the far side of the island. Long discussion about slavery in Curacao's past and how they were allowed to freely visit this area because the water was too treacherous to try and escape. Horribly sad history, but beautiful stories and an incredible island full of incredible people.

just sat out in the water for a while and soaked it all in. So blue. So clear. One of the better beach days we’ve had.

Absolutely love the historical Carnival ship art in the Cucina spaces. What’s up, Festivale!? I got to sail on the OG Mardi Gras, Carnivale, and Tropicale in the pre-Superliner days, but never got the chance to sail on her.

burratta! It’s gf’s favorite, but she didn’t love it. It’s purty, though.

The bar at Liquid Lounge. I know the Vista class LL’s are a hot button around here, but I like em just fine. Yeah, the comfortable seating in the normal show lounges is great, but I like having this bar here. A lot. Especially during the Platinum/Diamond party. #TemporaryRIP

When did you sail on the Tropicale?  I was a casino dealer when she was brand new .. San Pedro/Puerto Vallarta/Mazatlan/Cabo.  1982-1984, I was 21 years old.  Best time of my life

That's awesome! Mine was much later, mid 90's on a 7 day out of New Orleans. Tampa was a port of call, oddly enough. Loved that ship. A real trailblazer in the industry! I bet you have some incredible stories.

Just in time for comedy! Australian fella, pretty funny! Stay tuned, cause we end up hanging out in the pool with the guy for two hours later in the cruise. What a world.
