Current rules for Spain disembarking, antigen test and PLU?

Hi there

 

I will be on a cruise and we disembark in Barcelona, early June. Does anyone know what the current rules are? Do we need an antigen test to get off the ship? Do we need to do a PLU form?

Depends on if your staying in Europe or going to the USA, or another non-EU country.
