Hello anyone sailed in this cabin on either ship? How is the noise from below in this suite?

The Dock, which is immediately below it isn't a loud/party space.  Sure you might hear some music though.  There is a shade awning between 8009 and The Dock below which I'm sure helps with sound buffering not to mention giving you a bit of privacy.  There's actually a FB video tour of this exact room where they go out on the balcony as well.  https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=1037673767032773&_rdr
