Valor temperature in Public Spaces?

I’m trying to decide if I need to pack a sweater or jacket for the dining room and other Public Spaces on the Valor. The temperature has to be really cool for me to need a wrap.  If you have been on Valor, was the temperature comfortable to you?  I know this is subjective, but I would still like to hear opinions.

We were on Valor in February.  It was a fairly chilly cruise until we got pretty far south, so that might have had something to do with the indoor temperatures.   But yes, in the MDR for instance it seemed just a bit on the cool side.
