Wings over Washington. This is exactly like soaring at Disney but with a Washington theme. It feels very real. I recommend it.

First you go for your briefing. You have to walk up a flight of stairs for that.

Not a fan of this type of seat belt. Watch the jewels! I don’t think I want that seat belt to have to save me.

That was fun. After that I’m off to the sky view Observatory. It was heck getting there. The uphill thing is real. Closer down by that great wheel. Every street is uphill.

This is the Library which is why I want to stop there. It’s cool. But it’s closed now.

Sky view observatory is on the 73rd floor of Columbia center. They wanted to make a taller but there was an issue with planes landing and whatnot.

It was $27 to get up here.

Smith tower also has an observatory/bar and the bar is like a speakeasy theme. One of my scheduling problems is this one is closed tomorrow and that one is closed today.

It even goes uphill further. I’m not going up or down this time. I’m going to Westlake center to catch the monorail to the space needle.

I bought a round trip ticket ($6) before I realized it closed at 9pm. It’s already after 7:30 so I don’t think I’m going to make it.
