Hey folks, looking to book inside spa cabin 10008 ,all the way forward.we hv cabin above us but gym below. Any info or thoughts? We are looking at the 21 day cruise in January, and there are not many inside cabins left( that we would choose).  Also spa is 3 doors down but think that would be fine. Also don't really understand perks? Thank you my friends

Hi.  Did you ever get an answer to this question?  We have such a cabin booked for that cruise and are having trouble understanding the unique benefits that should come with a Spa cabin.  Thanks!

"Perks" for a Spa Cabin (Inside or Verandah) are pretty slim. There two or three smaller bottles of flavored Vitamin Water, and one or two larger bottles of mineral water. You get the use of a yoga mat, an iPod dock/speakers, possibly a mini-fountain noisemaker (have only seen that pic from N.Amsterdam), and as of 2016, two pedometers. None of which are yours to keep!

The inside cabins are very small, with only a backless storage stool to sit on other than the bed. But the location is handy to a number of areas!

The K'dam Verandah entry has a mini review...

We spent 3 weeks in 10008 on the Nieuw Statendam (sister ship) on its inaugural cruise.  The cabin in incredibly tiny, but we made it work for us as we're never there except to sleep.  We were just on the NS in August and were in 6193 (inside cabin aft) for 3 weeks and it was way more spacious.  It was also very free of motion from the ocean.
