I've received this email numerous times ahead of my upcoming cruise and have filled out the online form and submitted it for my family like 5+ times, but they keep resending it. In addition to that, earlier this week I checked us in for the cruise in the app and submitted our vaccine documentation photos, etc., but another email came through this morning.
