Free shuttles still running?

When I was last in Fuerte Amador, shortly pre-C, there was a shuttle bus that ran from somewhere near the tender dock to a fairly huge mall (Albrook, I want to say it was, based on the large animal sculptures).

 

Does anybody know if these shuttles are still running? Or, if they were operated by the ship line, is Princess is still doing it?
