Online balance payment problem

Anyone else experiencing problems paying their balance online. Never had this problem before,  I can input all personal details including the booking reference, it whizzes around for a couple of moments, provides a welcome with my name and ref number but no opportunity to pay. Grrrrrr

Many thanks but still not working, have just made a call and, after a short wait paid it. Appreciate your thoughts
