Agree with Miss G.  NCL requires negative antigen test 2 days prior to embarkation.  Test on 22nd covers 24 hour entry to US and 2 day NCL embarkation negative test.

Due to timing issues, we also had to get an Antigen test when we landed at MIA.   There is a 24/7 service at the airport central terminal, ground level.   Just outside Door 11.     $79 US or so,  for Rapid Antigen Test, with results available in 15 minutes or so.

Excerpt below, from website

The Central Terminal facility, operated by Communitel and Family Rehab, Inc. and located at MIA’s Concourse E ground level median in front of Door 11, provides Antigen and Rapid PCR tests with results within 15 minutes and PCR tests with results within 40 minutes. The facility is open daily 24 hours a day for walk-ins. For testing costs or to pre-register, visit the Family Rehab, Inc. website or call 305-869-1161. Customers will receive a written test result, or results can be emailed upon request
