Test Kitchen - change of menu?

they have both now!  it's a 3 day rotation - so 3 days old menu, 3 days new menu, then back to old.  there's no set "night" for each menu, so it depends on your itinerary & where it falls in the menu rotations.  you can ask when test kitchen opens on night 1 what night each menu will be served, or i'm guessing sailor services would know too!

That's interesting they're rotating them now.

There are currently three menus in Test Kitchen, A, B, and Vegetarian.  The "rotation" between A and B seems to vary.  I was told by the rep on the phone today that they would alternate every other night on our sailing.  Others have reported 3 days of A followed by 4 days of B or vice versa.  You can substitute a vegetarian course for any of the A or B courses that you might not want to try!  The menu that Walter posted is the B menu.  A is the original one.
